PRO Convention and Trade Show FAQs

Q: What is the agenda looking like?
A: Jam packed action from Saturday at 1:30pm until Tuesday at 9pm.

Q: So there is an activity Tuesday night?
A: Yes! After the trade show there will be a member/vendor dinner once the vendors pack up.

Q: Monday includes pre-scheduled vendor meetings. What is that all about?
A: Lessons were learned during the virtual conventions. Vendors and members discovered that a lot can be accomplished in 15 minutes. We don’t have four days of time available, like the virtual events, but we have created an opportunity for vendors to connect with some members on Monday. The majority of interactions between members and vendors will be Tuesday during the trade show.

Q: What if I don’t have meetings scheduled on Monday? What will I do with my time?
A: Monday will feel very familiar and productive. There will be a wide range of breakout sessions, all day long, addressing insights about the industry, marketing initiatives, new business opportunities, and much more. Rest assured you and your team will return home invigorated and well educated!

Q: What specific topics will be addressed?
A: We will provide a syllabus in the coming weeks so that you can plan accordingly. If you bring managers, marketing, or salespeople they will find relevant sessions.

Q: What will be different about the trade show this year?
A: This is still the most important way to interact with vendors. One Day Only offers will be available exclusively on Tuesday to members who are on the trade show floor. Cash prizes, products, and a trip will be awarded via “Tickets to Win”. As in the past...you must be present to win. Show hours will be adjusted this year from 10am-4pm. Between 8-10am will be User Group sessions so this will still be a very full day.

Q: Hotel rooms are free?
A: PRO will provide up to three rooms for four nights at no cost to PRO Members so long as you stay from the first day through the last. You will be asked for a credit card to hold the room and again when you check in for incidentals.
