When that happens you may have to stay at a different hotel. PRO is not responsible for additional room charges. You are responsible for paying the mandatory one-time $10 bellman gratuity and $3 daily housekeeping gratuity fees.
Free Hotel Program for Members: PRO will provide up to three rooms for four nights at no cost to PRO Members when they place a “qualifying order”. Full details for qualifying orders can be found on the PRO Connection site here.
