Whova Guide for PRO Conventions

In this guide we’ll walk you through the available Whova resources and how to make the most of them!

Accessing whova

There are two ways to access your Whova profile and booth: Web Portal and Mobile App.
Note: you must use the same email from when you registered for the event to access the Whova app.

building your agenda

By building out your own agenda in the Whova app you’re able to map out your day, set reminders for different sessions, and easily access session specific content like polls, feedback, Q&A, and more.

  • Tap on the Agenda tab in the app.

  • There are 2 ways to add to My Agenda:

    • Tap on the calendar plus sign icon to the right of the session you want to add.

    • Tap on a session then tap Add to My Agenda.

  • Make sure to tap between days at the top to build out an agenda for the whole convention!

  • You will see your selections by tapping on My Agenda at the top of the page.

Surveys & Feedback

Share your feedback with PRO and Speakers through the Whova app. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know how the content worked (or didn’t work) for you!

  • In the Home tab, tap on Surveys under Additional Resources.

  • Tap on Session Feedback.

  • Tap on the Session, fill out the short survey, and click Submit.

  • Alternatively, you can also tap Session Feedback from within a session in the Agenda tab.

Schedule Mini Meetings

Mini Meetings will now be scheduled through the Whova App, keeping all of your resources in one place!

  • You will receive an email from Whova to schedule time with the vendors when Mini Meetings become available.

  • You can also schedule meetings through the Whova Mobile App when they’re available.

    • Tap the Agenda tab, then tap on the Mini Meetings day (Sept. 25) at the top.

    • Tap on the Mini Meetings time block.

    • Tap on the name and company you would like to meet with, then select a time block.

    • The Mini Meetings will be added to “My Agenda” in the app with names, companies, and location.

passport contest

Participating in the Passport Contest is an easy way to network with vendors and enter to win a cool prize! All you have to do to participate is have the QR code on your badge scanned by the exhibitor in their Whova app. The winner will be announced at the end of Trade Show day!

photo contest

Show off your photography skills at the Convention! The photo with the most likes will win BLANK BLANK BLANK!

  • In the Home tab tap on Photos.

  • Upload a photo you take at any point during the Convention.

  • Don’t forget to like your favorites!

update app notifications

  • Tap on your profile icon in the upper left portion of the app.

  • Tap Settings, then Notification Settings.

  • Toggle the settings on/off to update.
